Christine’s picture on the cover of her book (we are both the same age) is what first grabbed my attention to read her book. Before this numerous people mentioned the dangers of sugar and it went in one ear and out the other. I found “The Fat Revolution” very easy to comprehend. I followed her advice and shed 15 unwanted kilos without making any changes to my physical output. It was, undoubtedly, the best thing I have done for my health. I plan to shed another 15kg this Spring (2 down already, 13 to go), but this time combining with muscle building and a tan… getting back to tennis, kayaking, bush walking every day feels great. Waiting for the local swimming pool to reopen soon!
