Shipping

How long will the postage take?

Standard delivery times of 2-5 working days are to be expected. If the delivery address is unattended on delivery your order will be sent to your nearest Australia Post Office and you will be left a notification card.

Do you post internationally?

No. We currently only post within Australia and do not offer delivery overseas.

How much is postage?

Postage is just a $12* flat rate for up to 3 items, this covers insurance and we only post within Australia at this current time (*A surcharge applies to NT, WA & TAS). Learn more about shipping here.

Can I pick up 180 products in the shops?

Yes 180 Nutrition has a growing number of stockists which can be found on our stockists page here.

Can I get free shipping?

Free shipping is available on all of our starter packs, both the bars and the formula. Shipping costs do apply to all of our other products and you can make savings with multiple purchases. Find out more about shipping here.

Where is my order?

After you have purchased a product from us you will receive an email with your delivery tracking number. This email can take up to 48 hours to arrive as it is sent at the same time your product is shipped. You can track the delivery of your item at any time here. My product was damaged during shipping

On very rare occasions products can become damaged during transit, if this is the case please let our delivery team know immediately at orders@180nutrition.com.au
