We are very proud of our fantastic resource which is our blog. There are many videos that show you how to make super healthy recipes including homemade protein bars and balls and some homemade paleo cookies to name just a few.
We also understand that with todays hectic lifestyle, being well prepared at all times can prove to be challenging. So after the success of our all natural protein powder, we were very keen to produce an all natural, gluten free protein bar. And yes, we are completely transparent with our ingredients with no nasty surprises.
So we are very proud to be introducing our handmade 180 Superfood Protein bar.
Let’s be honest – many of the snack/sports bars available today suffer from the same problems as their protein powder friends – low quality ingredients, artificial flavourings & additives, preservatives and a list of chemicals that you need a PhD to understand.
Take a look at our 180 Superfood protein bar ingredients
- Grassfed whey protein isolate
- Flaxseed
- Almond meal
- Sunflower kernels
- Coconut flour
- Cocoa (chocolate flavour only)
- Chia seeds
- Pepitas
- Sesame seeds
- Pyllium husk
- Rice malt
- Almond paste
- Tahini
We feel that our bars make the perfect alternative when needing a nutrient fence snack on the run. As you can see, our ingredients are all natural and are just like homemade protein bars. To learn more, simply CLICK HERE.

Hi. Really love your product but after re-reading the Paleo diet books I am confused about the addition of chia seeds in your products given that they seem to be on the ‘no’ list for Paleo. I know there are some reports of them being difficult for the digestion which may cause congestion. Would be great to get your spin on it. Cheers.
Hi Jo, first and foremost we promote healthy living & try not prescribe to any one diet, even though we do like the paleo diet principles. We found that paleo diets among many others can have many interpretations, hence why we promote clean living. We are fans of the chia seed as they are a good source of anti-oxidant, protein, omega 3 and fibre. Hope this helps, Guy.
