I must admit, I often raise an eyebrow now and then when looking at what some companies are saying about their ‘top’ protein powders. After typing the words ‘protein powder review’ into Google to see what would come up, I thought I would make my own contribution to the oracle (Google) and come up with my own ‘protein powder review’ page. So take a look at these short short film clips from the movie – Bigger, Stronger, Faster.
I also recently wrote a post – 5 things to consider before buying a protein supplement featuring another film clip from that movie on how to make your own supplement in under a day. If you haven’t seen this movie, I highly recommend it as it is an extremely well put together film covering the Sport/Health industry in America.
You have got to love the play with words and marketing. “Sleeve-splitting results! Hardcore! Massive Muscles Faster! Try our Gun Powder Supplement today!”. And it goes on and on.
You will have five to ten ‘top’ protein powders featuring in the review, all competing with the latest scientific breakthrough technology and ‘enhanced’ formula.
Don’t get me wrong, there are great supplements and protein powders out there. But there is one heck of a lot of noise too. So the next time you read a protein powder review, be wary of marketing as it can be very persuasive.
Ask yourself this? Do you want a protein powder that you use time and time again because of it’s quality natural ingredients whilst doing your health a great service? Or something you impulsively buy and realise you maybe not getting what you paid for?
Hope you enjoy the two short film clips I have posted and would love to hear your thoughts.

Hi, just trying to get the grams of protein per scoop/tablespoon. A general nutritional break down would also be helpful.
Thanks in anticipation
