Have you ever experienced or been diagnosed with asthma, hayfever, eczema, food allergies, anxiety or depression?
These can all be symptoms of leaky gut which may be (ironically) related to your reaction L-Glutamine.

If you&#039;ve experienced three or more of the symptoms listed above then I would suggest working with a GP that is experienced with leaky gut. If they just throw pharmaceuticals at you, then I suggest you consider finding a different GP.

		<description><![CDATA[Hi,  I was doing this routine and loving it. Sometimes I took 1/2 tsp L-glutamine 2-3 times a day as suggested before meals. I came out in a hive type rash (not itchy at all) over my whole body. When I googled this is a possible serious side effect of L-Glutamine. I&#039;m wondering if anyone else has had this problem as I love it and want to start taking it again. I&#039;ve always had ACV so it&#039;s not a reaction to that.]]></description>
