Simply cut into small pieces and keep it in the freezer on standby, ready for you when you need that healthier snack option :)
Ingredients (Makes 8-10 squares)
- 1 cup Ground macadamias
- 1/2 cup 180 Natural Protein Superfood (coconut)
- 5 tbsp Cacao powder
- 4 tbsp Organic shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup Coconut oil (enough to bind well/moisten)
- 1/4 tsp Himalayan salt
- 2 tbsp Rice malt syrup
Frosted Chocolate Topping
- 1/4-1/2 cup Coconut oil
- 2 tbsp Cacao powder
- 2 tbsp Ground Cashews
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon powder
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla powder (Optional)
The Simple Method:
Mix all ingredients well and spread out in tray. Then pour frosted topping over base. Freeze. Defrost 10-30 minutes half (depending on thickness) prior to devouring.
