180 Protein Homemade Raw Chocolate Brownies

Yes, these high protein homemade chocolate brownies taste better than they even look! Why settle for anything less when you can have raw chocolate goodness at your fingertips for those moments when you need a quick fix.
Simply cut into small pieces and keep it in the freezer on standby, ready for you when you need that healthier snack option 🙂

Ingredients (Makes 8-10 squares)

  • 1 cup Ground macadamias
  • 1/2 cup 180 Natural Protein Superfood (coconut)
  • 5 tbsp Cacao powder
  • 4 tbsp Organic shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup Coconut oil (enough to bind well/moisten)
  • 1/4 tsp Himalayan salt
  • 2 tbsp Rice malt syrup

Frosted Chocolate Topping

  • 1/4-1/2 cup Coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp Cacao powder
  • 2 tbsp Ground Cashews
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon powder
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla powder (Optional)

The Simple Method:

Mix all ingredients well and spread out in tray. Then pour frosted topping over base. Freeze. Defrost 10-30 minutes half (depending on thickness) prior to devouring.
