Cacao Chia Pudding

Gluten free organic cacao chia pudding

Angela: I love these organic cacao chia puddings as they offer omega 3 fats, plant based fibre, protein and are packed full of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. They are so quick and easy to make and they are super healthy. I’m addicted to topping mine with berries 🙂 Fantastic for breakfast or those in-between snacks that tie you over until your next meal!

Ingredients

  • 2 tbs of chia seeds
  • ½ cup warm water
  • 1 cup of almond milk
  • 1.5 tbs of organic cacao
  • 1 or 2 tbs of rice malt syrup

Method

  • Mix the chia seeds with warm water and let sit for 15 mins to form a chia gel
  • Combine chia gel with all other ingredients and whisk well to ensure there are no lumps of cacao
  • Refrigerate overnight or for at least a couple of hours
  • Serve with berries or your favourite topping 🙂
  • Serves 2
