Is 180 superiors ok for paleo, is see it is either based on whey or bean protein which aren’t usually included in the paleo ok food list.

Admin Angela says:

Hi Gillian, People that follow a paleo diet are happy to have Grass Fed Whey Protein Isolate as it contains no milk solids, meaning the protein is isolated from the rest of the dairy. Angela 🙂

Tina says:

Hi guys,

I just tried this recipe I really loved it but I would like to make it a little sweeter to suit my friend who wants to be introduced to green smoothies. How would you suggest to alter this recipe to accommodate her?

Admin Angela says:

Hi Tina,

Maybe some green apple. I would try your friend as is first you might be surprised. The coconut water gives it a lot of sweetness.

Good luck.

Angela 🙂
