i have tried a few cauliflower pizza bases including this one and they still tend to fall apart. They need to be eaten with a knife and fork unfortunately. I would love some hints in making it more like the real thing! Also why do u have to zap it in microwave first. I have tried it raw and cooked and really didn’t find any difference

Hi, excellent recipe – is there an alternative as I don’t have a microwave? Thanks, Chris

Chris, after you’ve put the cauliflower through the food processor, you can simply boil for a few minutes until soft ;) Guy
