Prep’ time: 5min

Cook time: 15min

Ingredients: makes around 15 cookies

  • 1 cup 180 Natural Protein Superfood (Chocolate)
  • 1/4 cup almonds roughly chopped
  • 2 figs roughly chopped
  • 2 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp mineral water
  • 1/4 cup hazelnut meal
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut
  • 2 tbsp melted coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup chopped raisins (or cranberries, or whatever fruit you prefer. This is the sugar of the dish so pick a flavor that suits you best. Raspberries would be amazing in the biscuits too!)

Instructions

Mix this all together, it should make a sticky paste. Then pick up the mixture and form into balls. Flatten the balls with your hands onto a tray lined with baking paper. Pop into a Pre heated oven (180 degrees) and bake for about 15 min.

These paleo cookies are amazing warm with a cuppa. Store them in the fridge in an air right container and enjoy your delicious paleo snacks. Yum!

Big thanks to Caroline Howe for the recipe!

These look really good, do you use dried or fresh figs? Can’t wait for my protein powder to arrive so I can get baking!
