- 1 scoop 180 Superfood Protein Blend (Coconut Vegan or Whey)
- 1 tsp cacao powder
- ½ tsp vanilla bean powder
- 200ml purified water
- 1/2 avocado
- 4 almonds with skin on
- ½ grapefruit. Shave skin off. Leave some of grapefruit pith for added cardiovascular benefits
