The TRX suspension training system has to be one of the most versatile pieces of equipment in any personal trainers toolkit.
It weighs less than a bag of sugar and is so versatile it can be used almost anywhere. Along with this, it gives you the ability to perform hundreds of exercises that can build power, strength, fitness, flexibility, balance, mobility, and prevent injuries, all at the intensity you choose.
The TRX has swept across America over the last few years along with CrossFit, with more and more gyms and personal trainers providing the TRX training system and TRX fitness classes as a solution for themselves and their clients. We are most defiantly a fan of the TRX here at 180 Nutrition.
