This super quick green smoothie includes spinach which is a true superfood in our eyes. Packed with vitamins, minerals, calcium and iron it’ll beat a bowl of sugary cereal hands down every time. This makes it the perfect high protein green smoothie for breakfast.
Prep Time: 3 minutes
Makes 1 high protein breakfast smoothie
Ingredients:
- 2-3 big spoonfuls of 180 Natural Protein Superfood (coconut flavour)
- 100ml water
- 1 large spinach leaf
- 1/2 ripe avocado
- Handful of berries
Preparation:
In a blender, combine all the ingredients and blend until smooth.

You know whats really awesome in a green smoothie? Kiwi fruit. I made that simple change to my recipe (before I used pear to sweeten) and it’s so good!
Although your recipe would be lower in fructose with the berries. I will give it a try.
