Mental Foodies: This baby tastes like gingersnap cookies. It is probably the best smoothie we’ve made to date!! Ginger has so many health benefits: helping with digestion, boosting immunity and it tastes so damn yum.
Ingredients
- 2 handfuls frozen mango
- piece of ginger about 2 thumbs worth
- 500 ml coconut water
- massive handful spinach
- 2 scoops of 180nutrition coconut protein powder
- 1 tablespoon maca
- 1 tablespoon mesquite powder
- 1 teaspoon collagen – optional
- handful soaked walnuts
- dash of cinnamon
- icey water
