Entered Phase II: Can I get a glass of pond water with that please?

Phase 1 is over

The first two weeks was all about removing any unwanted guests – Bad bacteria, yeast and parasites that may be lurking around in my digestive tract. All these things can directly produce toxins into the bloodstream and also directly damage the lining of the digestive system. It’s been an important part of the process by improving my digestive tract and taking pressure off the liver. I have had a couple of interesting moments, but all in all, so far so good.

Phase 2 is all about renewal

Over the next two weeks I am rebuilding the gut lining and supporting the kidneys with the help of metagenics Australia. I’m taking probiotics (good bacteria) to build an army down there and fight off the uninvited, which will also help me absorb nutrients better (Ultra flora restore-pictured left).

I’m also taking G-Tox express (pictured above), which is a prebiotic herbal powder that will also encourage the digestive track to thrive and support the kidneys as I continue to eliminate toxins.
