1. Green Recovery Smoothie
Stu: A green cleansing smoothie can do wonders for our bodies after a period of overindulgence. The green vegetables provide chlorophyll which can support the detoxification systems in our bodies. Leafy green vegetables are so important for overall health as they include fibre, vitamins and minerals that contribute to overall health and wellbeing. Having a green cleansing smoothie can support energy levels and aid our digestive system at the same time.
Ingredients
Serves 1
- Generous handful of fresh mint leaves
- Small handful of fresh parsley leaves
- 1 celery stick
- 1 handful spinach
- 1 handful kale (no stalks)
- Juice of 1 lime
- 200ml coconut water
- 1 serve of 180 Superfood Protein Blend (Coconut)
- Handful of ice
Method
Add ingredients to blender and blend until desired consistency.
2. Green Cleansing Collagen Smoothie
Chloe: This a green cleansing smoothie can help increase energy levels, aid our digestive system and help put the glow back in our skin at the same time. It’s bursting with gut-friendly fibre from the Superfood Blend and spinach. We’re also big advocates of the saying, healthy digestion = healthy skin.
Ingredients
Serves 1
- 1 cup of coconut milk
- 1 cup of frozen berries
- Handful of washed spinach leaves
- Juice of 1/2 lime
- 1 serve of Marine Collagen Powder
- 1 serve of 180 Superfood Protein Blend (Coconut)
- Handful of ice
Method
Add ingredients to blender and blend until desired consistency.
3. Immune Support Smoothie
Lynda: Lemons and oranges are great source of Vitamin C. This smoothie is rich in antioxidants and fibre and is a great addition to a wellness or immunity focus. The coconut cream softens the tartness of the lemon. A delicious blend. One of my favourites 🙂
Ingredients
- 1/2 Orange (Flesh and juice. Shave skin off. Keep some of the white pith)
- 1/2 Lemon (Flesh and juice. Shave skin off. Keep some of the white pith)
- 1 serve Superfood Protein Blend (coconut whey or vegan)
- 1/4 Cup Coconut Cream
- 1 tbsp Pistachios (Buy them shelled and use flesh and brown fibrous skin between shell and flesh)
- 1 tsp Cacao powder
- 1 serve Greens Plus powder
Method
- Blend all ingredients together and enjoy

4. Avocado & Coconut Keto Smoothie
Stu: If you’re into the ketogenic diet a keto smoothie will really hit the spot. It’s made up of quality protein and healthy fats and is naturally low in carbohydrates. The best thing about it is that you can whip up keto diet–friendly smoothies in no time at all.
Ingredients
- 1 scoop 180 Superfood Protein Blend
- 1–1¼ cups full-fat coconut milk
- ½ ripe avocado
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- ¼ cup water, if needed
Method
Add contents into a blender, blitz for a minute and enjoy 🙂
5. Green Pistachio Mint Smoothie
Chloe: Nourish your cells and get a fresh breath at the same time! This is a great way to indulge on your sweet tooth without feeling guilty afterwards. Mint has numerous health benefits such as easing digestion, ability to break down fats and has a cleansing effect on the body as well.
- 1/2 cup raw organic (unsalted & shelled) pistachio
- 9-11 fresh mint leaves
- water as needed (about 1/2 to 1 cup)
- 2 ripe frozen bananas
- 3-4 dates
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 serve Superfood Protein Blend (Coconut flavour)
- pinch of himalayan sea salt
- ice (add ice last and enough to make your shake as thick and frosty as you like it. We add almost a whole tray)
Method
- Blend all ingredients together and enjoy.
