The hemp plant provides a wide variety of industrial and medicinal uses. It is part of the Cannabis sativa species. However, it is important to understand that although it contains tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), the psychoactive compound responsible for the intoxicating effect experienced by individuals, it is bred to contain less than 0.3 percent of THC and will have no adverse effects when ingested.

Hemp Protein is Easily Digested
