Great to keep in the fridge ready for a nourishing hit when needed! Great source of fibrous carbs, protein and fats. Make a good post-workout snack too. Simply adjust the amount of rice malt according to your preferred sweetness.
Ingredients – Base
- 2 cups of cooked sweet potato
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
- 4 scoops of 180 Superfood Protein Blend – coconut
- 1/2 cup coconut flour
- 1/2 cup of 180 organic cacao powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 2 & 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/3 cup warm rice malt syrup
Chocolate Topping
- 1/2 cup of 180 organic cacao powder
- 1/3 cup melted coconut oil
- 1/3 cup warm rice malt syrup
The Simple Method:
Cook base for 35-40 minutes in preheated oven at 180°. Once cooked, leave to cool for 20 minutes. Add the mixed chocolate topping and place in the fridge for one hour until topping goes hard.
Or simply eat it warm with runny topping 🙂
