Anti-Inflammatory Immune Boosting Protein Smoothie

Not only will this delicious 180 Nutrition smoothie recipe keep you full and fuelled all morning, it is anti-inflammatory and packed full of healthy fats, vitamin C, B’s and fibre (pectin).

This makes the smoothie amazing for enhancing immune system function, reducing stress and keeping the colon clean and clear of toxic waste. Did I mention that it tastes amazing too?

  • 1 scoop 180 Natural Protein Superfood Coconut (Original or Vegan)
  • 1 tsp Organic Peruvian Cacao Powder
  • ½ orange (flesh, juice and the white membranous part)
  • 1-2 tbsp macadamia nuts (or macadamia nut butter)
  • ½ cup water


Blend all ingredients together in a bullet/blender and enjoy. Use as much of the white membranous part of the orange as possible, since this is particularly high in pectin.
