Ingredients
- 1 cup coconut milk (full-fat)
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 banana
- 1 serve Protein+ Superfood Blend (Vanilla)
- 1 cup of mixed berries (strawberries & blueberries used here)
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 2-3 ice cubes
Method
- Place all of the ingredients into a blender and blitz until smooth.
- Pour into bowl and top with sliced banana, coconut flakes, berries, chia seeds & cacao nibs to serve.
