Stu: How’s this for the most amazing and delicious looking berry smoothie bowl. If breakfast looked this good every morning I’d set my alarm a little earlier to savour the experience. Big thanks to the talents of Amy and Jess from Feeds4Speed who are the creators of this recipe 🙂


  • A couple of frozen bananas
  • A big handful of frozen cauliflower (yes really)
  • A handful of frozen carrot
  • Couple of handfuls of spinach
  • Organic Peruvian Maca powder
  • Ton of frozen berries
  • Around 4 heaped spoonfuls of yoghurt
  • Cinnamon and turmeric

For the toppings

  • Peanut butter, blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, passionfruit, puffed corn and apple crumble granola


  1. Add to blender and mix all together.
  2. Add the toppings and enjoy 🙂
