Ingredients
- 1 Cup Oats
- 1/4 Cup Coconut Cream
- 1/4 Cup Water
- 1 Drop Cassia essential oil
- 1 serve 180 Nutrition Vegan Superfood Blend
- 2 Eggs or Chia Eggs
- 1/2 a Banana
- 1/2 a Red Apple, diced
- 1 Tbsp Cacao
Method
- Blitz all ingredients in the blender.
- Cook in coconut oil in a fry pan.
- Serve with coconut yogurt + fresh berries.
