Choc Avocado Keto Smoothie Bowl

Stu: You’ll love this keto smoothie bowl as it contains no added sugars or dairy and is naturally low carb and full of satisfying fats. It also packs a serve of collagen protein to help support your hair, skin and joints.

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup full-fat coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons cacao powder
  • 1 serve collagen protein
  • 1/2 avocado
  • Handful of ice cubes

Method:

  1. Blend all the ingredients in your blender
  2. Sprinkle your favourite ingredients (we used pistachios and cacao nibs)
  3. Add a few of your favourite berries to sweeten if necessary
  4. Stir through and enjoy 🙂
