Stu: This is my morning breakfast smoothie, it’s packed with protein, fat, antioxidants and beneficial spices. It takes me 2 minutes to make, keeps me full until lunch and has the added benefit of collagen which helps supports healthy bones, joints and skin. No breakfast cereal, toast or pastry comes close to the goodness that this offers 🙂
Ingredients
- 1 serve Organic Plant Protein
- 1 serve Collagen Powder
- 1 banana
- 1/2 avocado
- Handful of berries
- 1 cup coconut milk
- Sprinkle of turmeric
- Sprinkle of cinnamon
- Water for desired consistency
