180 Nutrition: Love this recipe for crunchy choc-protein fudge from Sarah @scoopitup_ We love chocolate as much as we love fudge, combining the two will always end well!
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Protein+ Superfood Blend (chocolate)
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 1 tbsp maple
- Pinch salt
Method
Mix together will till a runny consistency is formed, then mix through :
- 2 tbsp roasted coconut
- 1 tbsp pepitas
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds
Mix and pour into a lined baking tray. Sprinkle with choc chips, salt & rose petals (or any toppings of choice).
Set & store in freezer, enjoy
