Ingredients
- 1.5 frozen bananas
- 1 small red apple
- 1 Tbsp. Spirulina or Greens Powder
- 1/2 Tbsp. Cinnamon
- 3 slices of ginger
- 1 Tbsp. Vanilla protein powder
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 1/2 cup coconut cream
- 1/4 cup plant milk
- 1/4 lemon zest
Method
- Mix all together and blend.
- Add toppings like bananas, apple, cinnamon and nuts 🙂
