Ingredients

- 50 grams of buckwheat flour
- 15 g melted vegan butter
- option of adding a tablespoon of any natural sweetener , we prefer coconut sugar.
- add water till you get a smooth but fluffy consistency
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 serve Superfood Protein Blend Vegan Chocolate (optional but tastes amazing)
Method
- Mix the dry ingredients together.
- Add the wet ingredients.
- Divide mixture into three.
- Pour 1/3 mixture into pan and flip once you can shake the pancake free.
- Allow to cool. Option to sprinkle with desired topping. Enjoy.
