Festive Chocolate Protein Pancakes

Stu: Another great recipe from 180 Nutrition contributor Yassu (AKA: healthwithyass). It offers a great way to treat yourself to a delicious family-friendly festive breakfast without the added guilt.

Ingredients

    • 50 grams of buckwheat flour
    • 15 g melted vegan butter
    • option of adding a tablespoon of any natural sweetener , we prefer coconut sugar.
    • add water till you get a smooth but fluffy consistency
    • 1 tsp baking soda
    • 1 serve Superfood Protein Blend Vegan Chocolate (optional but tastes amazing)

Method

  1. Mix the dry ingredients together.
  2. Add the wet ingredients.
  3. Divide mixture into three.
  4. Pour 1/3 mixture into pan and flip once you can shake the pancake free.
  5. Allow to cool. Option to sprinkle with desired topping. Enjoy.
