Fudgy Cocoa Brownies

Stu: Here’s a healthy twist on your favourite brownie recipe from Alice Bingham. These fudgy cocoa brownies are quick to prepare and taste as good as they look.


  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 egg or chia egg for vegan option
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp. maple syrup

Whisk all these ingredients with a fork

  • 1/2 cup coconut flour
  • 1 cup oats, blended
  • 1/4 cup cacao powder


Blend and mix in some dark choc chips and bake for 30minutes in a 180 degrees preheated oven. Allow to cool and enjoy.
Note – I sometimes like to add a little chocolate Vegan Superfood Protein Blend just to mix it up.
