Glowing Skin Smoothie Bowl

This deliciously healthy smoothie breakfast bowl will nourish the body and keep you feeling full due to the healthy fats from the coconut milk and avocado.   • 1 cup coconut milk (full-fat)
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 serve 180 Nutrition Marine Collagen Pure Powder
  • 1 cup of mixed berries (blueberries & raspberries work well)
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 2-3 ice cubes


  1. Place all of the ingredients into a blender and blitz until smooth.
  2. Pour into bowl and top with coconut flakes, cacao nibs, berries and passion fruit to serve.
