Stu: A green cleansing smoothie can do wonders for our bodies after a period of overindulgence. The green vegetables provide chlorophyll which can support the detoxification systems in our bodies. Leafy green vegetables are so important for overall health as they include fibre, vitamins and minerals that contribute to overall health and wellbeing. Having a green cleansing smoothie can support energy levels and aid our digestive system at the same time.

Hi Guys,
I made this smoothie this morning for breakfast.
It was very good, so thanks for the recipe!
David
Glad you enjoyd David… It’s one of my favourites 🙂
Is 180 superiors ok for paleo, is see it is either based on whey or bean protein which aren’t usually included in the paleo ok food list.
Hi Gillian, People that follow a paleo diet are happy to have Grass Fed Whey Protein Isolate as it contains no milk solids, meaning the protein is isolated from the rest of the dairy. Angela 🙂
My Nutirbullet and I love this one:)
Hi guys,
I just tried this recipe I really loved it but I would like to make it a little sweeter to suit my friend who wants to be introduced to green smoothies. How would you suggest to alter this recipe to accommodate her?
Hi Tina,
Maybe some green apple. I would try your friend as is first you might be surprised. The coconut water gives it a lot of sweetness.
Good luck.
Angela 🙂
