Green Smoothie Plus Green Superfood Balls


Kimmy: These two recipes are made with the 180 Nutrition Superfood Protein Blend and the Organic Greens Plus. The Organic Greens Powder contains 11 nutrient dense ingredients such as organic wheat grass, organic spinach, organic broccoli, organic Acai berry and organic Spirulina. I used to eat so many greens, now I find I might go a whole day without them. Since using this greens powder, I’ve noticed my skin improving and my digestion slowly getting better! I find this combo really filling in the morning. I have my smoothie and two protein balls and I’m good until lunch.

Green Smoothie Ingredients

Method

  1. Add all ingredients to a high speed blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Top with Bee Pollen for an immune system boost.

Superfood Green Balls Ingredients

Method

  1. Add the dry ingredients, the nuts, protein powder and super greens powder to a high speed blender and blend till loosely combined for around 10 seconds.
  2. Add the wet ingredients including the apricots, dates, coconut oil, vanilla extract and water to the blender and blend until combined. Add a little more water if you need.
  3. Using a dessert spoon, roll into small bowls and then place on a tray in the fridge to cool.
  4. Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
