Super Simple 180 Protein Zucchini Dip

The 180 inspired high protein zucchini dip is a super-simple healthy snack you can whip up in minutes. Perfect with a few slices of celery and carrot sticks which will add more plant-based fibre, keeping you feeling fuller for longer. Ideal for those moments throughout the day when you’re feeling peckish.

Ingredients:

  • 1 x organic zucchini
  • 1 x tbs of fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 x clove garlic
  • 2-3 x tbs of natural yogurt
  • 1 x 40g serve of Superfood Protein Blend (coconut)
  • Handful of parsley

Method:

  • Simply pop all the ingredients into a blender and blend. Best served cold.
