High Protein Breakfast Smoothie

Super quick breakfast packed with protein, fibre, valuable nutrients and essential fatty acids to give you the energy you need to get through the day, making it the perfect high protein breakfast smoothie

Prep Time: 3 minutes
Makes 1 high protein breakfast smoothie


  • 2-3 big spoonfuls of 180 Natural Protein Superfood
  • 100ml water
  • 100ml coconut milk
  • 1 organic/free range egg (raw)
  • Dollop of probiotic yoghurt
  • Handful of berries (blueberry or strawberry)

In a blender, combine all the ingredients and blend until smooth.

Great idea take out the yoghurt and you have got a great Paleo choice for breakfast.
