Ingredients
- 1 serve Superfood Protein Blend (coconut)
- 1 cup coconut milk (full fat)
- 1/2 medium avocado
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- Handful of strawberries
- 1/4 cup ice cubes
Toppings
- Frozen berries
- Slivered almonds
- Pepitas
Method
- Simply blend the ingredients together and pour into a bowl
