This keto smoothie bowl is equally as delicious as its sugary counterparts but will keep you feeling full due to the addition of the healthy fats and protein. It should tick your keto/low-carb boxes and you can customise it to your liking with your favourite keto smoothie bowl toppings.


  • 1 serve Superfood Protein Blend (coconut)
  • 1 cup coconut milk (full fat)
  • 1/2 medium avocado
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • Handful of strawberries
  • 1/4 cup ice cubes


  • Frozen berries
  • Slivered almonds
  • Pepitas


  1. Simply blend the ingredients together and pour into a bowl
  2. Add your favourite lo-carb toppings
