Stu: Now that the evenings are starting to cool down try this drink before bed. If you’re not into hot drinks before bed try this first thing in the morning instead of the usual coffee.
Ingredients (Serves 1)
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup coconut milk⠀
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter (grass-fed)
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 2 tablespoons cacao
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- A dash Cinnamon⠀
Method
- Mix the ingredients in a pan, bring slowly to the boil and enjoy.
