  • 1.5 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen berries
  • 1/3 cup strawberries
  • 4 tsp. Vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup oat milk


  1. Simply blend the ingredients together and add your favourite toppings
    Lynn’s favourites are: Banana, strawberries, granola, pumpkin seeds, coconut flex!
