- 1 banana
- 1 cup unsweetened Almond Milk
- 1 cup fresh baby spinach
- ¼ avocado
- 30g or 2-3 heaped tablespoons 180 Nutrition Vanilla Whey Protein Isolate
- Handful ice
- Add banana, milk, baby spinach, avocado, Whey Protein, and ice to a blender and blend until smooth.
