“Collagen is a protein in the body responsible for the strength of bones, cartilage & tendons and the elasticity, hydration and overall integrity of our skin. As we get older, collagen production slows and we begin to age (its inevitable!) Wrinkles, saggy skin and stiff joints reveal themselves and our hair & nails become weak. That’s WHY I use collagen. To provide my body with a little extra love and support while it’s working hard to keep me alive and healthy.”
Ingredients
- 4 tbsp Collagen Powder
- 1 Cup coconut milk
- 4 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- Top with fruits, nuts & honey
Method
- Combine ingredients, pour into cups, cover and refrigerate overnight. Top with fruits of choice.
