Stu: How’s this for a different take on popcorn for all of us out there that like a bit of chocolate too. Big thanks to Alice Bingham (aka @aliceinhealthyland) for this recipe 🙂
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp coconut oil
- 2 tbsp organic peanut butter or nut butter of choice
- 1 tbsp raw organic honey or maple syrup
- 2 tbsp cacao powder
- 2 handfuls of organic popcorn
- 1 brown rice cracker
Method
- Melt the coconut oil, peanut butter and honey together
- Add the cacao powder to the melted mixture
- Then mix in the popcorn and the (broken up) brown rice cracker
- Mix well and pour into a mould or a tray
- Allow to cool in the freezer for at least 15 minutes.
