Guy: This is one of my snack saviours! It literally takes a minute to prepare and a little patience while it sets in the fridge or freezer briefly. A simple delicious all natural mousse high in protein, healthy fats and super tasty. Give it a go, you won’t be disappointed.


  • 3-5 tablespoons of 180 Natural Protein Superfood (Chocolate)
  • 100% natural organic coconut milk/cream
  • Fruit if desired


  • Simply mix the coconut cream with 180 in a dessert glass until thick/gooey consistency
  • Place in freezer for 10-20 minutes
  • Dress with your favourite fruit as desired
