The best high protein chocolate smoothie ever

I just whipped up a quick protein smoothie for myself and it tasted so good that I had to share it with you. You’d swear it was a McDonald’s thick-shake if it wasn’t loaded with so many nutrients and good fat).

I generally have this as a super-quick and easy power-packed breakfast instead of the conventional toast and cereal! I’ll also often have the 11am protein smoothie after a workout too which tides me over until lunch – Enjoy, Stu

Prep Time: 2 minutes


  • 2 heaped tablespoons of 180 Superfood Protein Blend (chocolate)
  • 250ml water
  • 4 ice cubes
  • 1/2 ripe avocado
  • Handful of berries (I used frozen raspberries)
  • 1/2 banana (again this was frozen)

Just throw it all in the blender and hit the button for 30 seconds. Boy, did this one taste good…
