I put this video up on our 180 Facebook page earlier, and due to interest I thought I’d put it into a blog post. When I have a big morning ahead of me, I make the mother of all healthy protein breakfast smoothies! It literally takes me 5 minutes and it’s exceptional tasty nutrition, high protein and fat, low carb and I don’t have ever touch the processed crap and sugary cereals or toast that we’ve been led to believe.

I eyeball all the ingredients and you can go crazy with what you put in there. Just stick to one rule, only use natural ingredients at their finest and a high powered blender. This is taking fast food to another level 🙂 Guy
Ingredients in this smoothie
- 200ml of filtered water
- 2 x organic raw eggs
- 1 x 50g scoop of 180 Coconut Protein Powder
- 4 x strawberries
- 1/4 of a small raw beetroot
- 1/2 an avocado
- 1/2 a Lebanese cucumber
- Handful of kale (no stalks)
- Handful of spinach
- 200ml of coconut milk
- Tbs of coconut oil
- Tray of ice cubes
Simply blend for a minute. I would defiantly recommend a high powered blender for this, so it breaks everything down into micro size so you are not coughing on a spinach leaf!
Healthy Tip: If you need to sweeten it some more, I use a little rice malt (this is fructose free) or a little more low GI fruit. I stay away from agave and honey because of the fructose content.
