180 Nutrition: If you are looking for a keto breakfast smoothie that keeps you going until the early afternoon this could be it. The turmeric has a whole host of health benefits and packs an anti-oxidant punch while the collagen helps supports healthy bones, joints and skin, and yes it tastes great too.


  • 200ml coconut milk (full fat)
  • 200ml unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 serve collagen powder
  • 1 tbsp ground turmeric
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil (melted)
  • Stevia to taste


  1. Combine all the ingredients together in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Optional – add some ice during blending for a super-cool taste
