RETAIL CUSTOMERS 

Where will I be able to order my 180 Nutrition products? 

Unfortunately, after stock has run out, you will not be able to purchase 180 Nutrition products. 

When do I need to use my points by? 

You will need to use your points by 11:59pm, 4 May, 2024 or until stocks last 

What if the products I want to use my points on are out of stock? 

If the products are out of stock, you will need to use your points on other products that are in stock. 

I have more than 3,500 points and I want to use all of my points on an order worth more than 3,500 points ($100), what can I do? 

You will only be able to make purchases for up to $100, using your points. We suggest you making additional purchases with additional points. 

If don’t use my points by this date, what happens? Can I cash them out? 

 If you do not use your points by this date, they will not be able to be used in the future. Points cannot be exchanged for money. 

What will happen to any store credits or coupon codes I have with 180 Nutrition?

You will be able to use your store credits or coupon codes until 11:59pm on 4 May, 2024, or until stocks last. 

What will happen to my subscription? 

All subscriptions will be cancelled. If you have a subscription that is due to transact from 10 April 2024 onwards and you would like to purchase a 180 Nutrition product, you will need to make a manual purchase on the website (if the stock is available). 

How will I be able to access past purchase history or invoices for accounting purposes? 

If you would like a record of your invoices for accounting purposes, please email support@180nutrition.com.au by 11:59pm on 4 May, 2024. 

How will my personal information including payment details, be handled or deleted? 

All data and financial information will continue to be managed in accordance with our privacy policy. 

 

 

WHOLESALE CUSTOMERS 

I am a wholesaler, where can I go now to order my 180 Nutrition stock? 

Unfortunately, after stock has run out, you will not be able to purchase 180 Nutrition products. 

Will outstanding wholesale orders be fulfilled or refunded? 

All current wholesale orders will be fulfilled. 

Can I return any excess or unopened stock? 

No, we are unfortunately unable to receive any excess or unopened stock. 

What will happen to any outstanding invoices or accounts payable? 

Please ensure that any outstanding invoices are paid by 4 May, 2024. 

Can I obtain copies of past wholesale purchase records or invoices for accounting purposes? 

If you would like a record of your invoices for accounting purposes, please email support@180nutrition.com.au by 11:59pm on 4 May, 2024. 

How will my wholesale account information and payment details be handled or deleted?
