Shipping Costs

All orders over $99 qualify for FREE ECONOMY SHIPPING (3 – 7 business days) for Australian orders only. For orders under $99, we offer a flat rate of $9.50 for Standard Shipping. Please note that we do not ship on weekends. All shipping estimates refer to business days.


Postage Methods

We use Australia Post to deliver all orders, in particular their e-Parcel Service. When you have placed an order you will be notified via email together with your unique tracking number. This number can be used to track your order here.

Standard delivery times of 3-7 business days are to be expected. If the delivery address is unattended on delivery your order will be sent to your nearest Australia Post Office and you will be left a notification card.

We endeavour to have all orders dispatched within 24 hours of your order being placed once payment has cleared. If/when stocks are low, delivery may be delayed and you will be notified. If your order is urgent we strongly suggest you contact us to discuss your needs first to make sure that the products will be available in time for your required date before your order is placed.


Order Processing

Our team only process on weekdays, excluding public holidays. This way, you’re sure to be able to reach someone on our Customer Experience Team if you have any questions. Orders placed on weekends will be dispatched at 7am on Monday morning. You will always receive an email confirmation as soon as your order processes and is being prepared to ship.


International Shipping

  • International shipping costs will vary by country and weight. International shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.
  • International customers are expected to cover any duties, fees or taxes associated with importing goods into their country.
  • Each country is different in how they handle import duties and taxes. In order to know what your charges will be please refer to your government’s website.
  • You may be required to pay import taxes and/or customs duties and also to pay a brokerage (handling) fee for the shipment. These charges are separate from your shipping charge and you will be billed directly for them. Unfortunately, 180 Nutrition cannot control these additional costs since they are imposed by the government and not by 180 Nutrition or the shipping company you chose to use. 180 Nutrition does not have a way to provide you with specific duties and fee amounts as it is determined by customs and the courier is simply the collector.
  • Progress of the delivery can be tracked via the Australia Post website.

Returns Policy

If you are unsatisfied with our product simply return the order within 30 days of the original purchase date to obtain a full refund including your postage. Notification by email is required, please note that if you are returning multiple bags, all other bags must still be sealed. This guarantee applies to online orders only and does not apply to retail stores.
