In a word: yes. Yes, our high protein low carb bars are suitable for kids. All of our high protein, low sugar bars are 100% natural. They’re free from hidden ingredients, and there are no artificial colourings or flavourings to send them into a hyperactive frenzy right before bed.

Our snack bars are the perfect ‘on the go’ snack. They are designed to keep them full, whilst providing them with a wide range of healthy fats, vitamins, and minerals. However, they do contain almonds, which means that if your child has a nut allergy, then they, unfortunately, won’t be suitable for them.

Low Carb Protein Bars: Perfect for all ages

As parents ourselves, we know firsthand that you only have the best interests of your little one at heart. However, we also know that getting your little one to munch on low carb, low sugar protein bars – or low sugar anything these days is hard! That’s why we thought we’d include a couple of ‘tricks’ to make sure that your little one is reaching for a snack bar instead of a chocolate bar for their after dinner treat.

  • Chocolate Orange ‘biscuits’ – To create these completely vegan, gluten-free, all-natural, and most importantly high protein and low sugar bars – or rather, biscuits – all you need is 2 of our low carb vegan protein bars in the ‘chocolate orange’ flavour. Cut each bar into 4 and place the pieces on a lined baking sheet, and into a preheated oven (325F/163C/Gas Mark 3) for 3 – 5 minutes until the ‘biscuits’ start to puff up. Then flatten your ‘biscuits’ with a spatula, and let them cook for a further 3 minutes. After that, it’s up to you to decide how long you want to fend off your hungry little ones for, but you can breathe easy knowing that they’re eating something that’s actually good for them, not just regular biscuits packed full of sugar.
  • Mint Chocolate Thins – Kids love chocolate, right? Well, everybody loves chocolate, but nobody more than kids. Making mint chocolate thins out of your low carb protein bars couldn’t be a simpler way to give your little ones (or your big ones) a healthy chocolate fix. How? Simply take 2 of our low carb vegan protein bars in the ‘mint chocolate’ flavour, divide them both into 4,shape them into rough disks and place them on a baking sheet, then pop them in the oven at (400F/204C/Gas Mark 6) for 6 minutes and then proceed to let them fully cool. If you really feel like treating your little ones, you can melt 32g of sugar-free chocolate chips with ½ teaspoon of coconut oil, add in a few drops of peppermint extract and then drizzle over the top.
