Contrary to popular belief, not all my spare time is spent kicking around at the beach and in the surf. On the odd occasion, I get waves of productivity and the last couple of months I have been chipping away at producing this eBook.

I thought that all this was about sports and gym people. How wrong was I. My ears and senses pricked up when I saw the word AGELESS on the cover of his book,and having reached the grand old age of 66,that is a magic word,and I have got nothing to lose only gain, so I’d like a free book please..
