Chocolate Cookie Dough Smoothie Bowl

180 Nutrition: Big thanks to Jess from @feedsforspeed for this recipe, in her own words … “Cold mornings call for cold smoothie bowls right?!! 😂  Yeah my hands are a bit chilly after this but it was a pretty elite bowl so I don’t care – save this recipe and let me know what you think!!”


  • 4 small frozen bananas
  • 1/4 cup soy milk
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon chocolate protein powder
  • 1 medjool date (soaked for approx 5 min)
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt


In a blender combine the ingredients above, then …

  1. Pour into a bowl and then add your toppings:

  4. Banana
  5. Peanut butter
