Mental Foodies: This baby tastes like gingersnap cookies. It is probably the best smoothie we’ve made to date!! Ginger has so many health benefits: helping with digestion, boosting immunity and it tastes so damn yum.

Ingredients

  • 2 handfuls frozen mango
  • piece of ginger about 2 thumbs worth
  • 500 ml coconut water
  • massive handful spinach
  • 2 scoops of 180nutrition coconut protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon maca
  • 1 tablespoon mesquite powder
  • 1 teaspoon collagen – optional
  • handful soaked walnuts
  • dash of cinnamon
  • icey water
