Reduce Sugar Cravings Rasberry Smoothie

Lynda: Raspberries are packed full of antioxidants, fibre and other compounds such as Raspberry Ketone (also known as Rheosmin) and tilliroside which boosts overall metabolism of fat and improves blood sugar and insulin balance. The perfect smoothie to support healthy blood sugar balance, reduce cravings and for anyone on a fat loss program.

Ingredients (serves 1)

  • 2 tbsp of Raspberries
  • 1 tsp Tahini (I use un-hulled)
  • ¼ tsp Maca powder
  • 1 serve Natural Protein Superfood (coconut)
  • 2-3 tbsp Coconut cream
  • ¼ cup Purified Water
  • ½ tsp organic natural vanilla powder

Method

  • Blend all ingredients together and enjoy.
