Ingredients (serves 1)
- 2 tbsp of Raspberries
- 1 tsp Tahini (I use un-hulled)
- ¼ tsp Maca powder
- 1 serve Natural Protein Superfood (coconut)
- 2-3 tbsp Coconut cream
- ¼ cup Purified Water
- ½ tsp organic natural vanilla powder
- Blend all ingredients together and enjoy.
